This year was quite the exciting year!
We were able to add some great members to our team, expand a few key areas of our operations like our expansion to our Montreal plant, celebrate how much our production team was able to increase production by, celebrate Kraken turning 15 at FDIC this year, and see and meet so many of YOU out there!
Going to events, spreading the Mercedes Hose good word, and being out in the field really has us feeling grateful for the opportunities and the impact we are able to make with each hose out there.
So What Was On Tap in 2025?
1. We had some amazing events and collaborations with some really amazing people in the fire service industry.
Being able to partner with Crafty American for an epic flag giveaway, to industry-favorite graphics by Jobtown Graphics, and driving awareness for impactful non-profits like Next Rung - to having our team at events like Joey D, the For Them Conference, and being part of the very first Engine Crew Clinic with HEN Nozzles and Ray McCormack... we sure got into it this year. Each time we are out in the field, it's not lost on us how many of you are ready and eager to talk shop and flow that water with our hose.
2. Our production staff being able to increase production and acquiring new looms, test tables, and the expansion in our Montreal Plant.
Our production team is the real star of this show - without their dedication to creating the best product to the highest standards, we wouldn't be able to do what we do.
3. The building out our team with Kevin Pfluger being promoted to sales, Jordan Hempker joining us, and a focus on the right team to help out our customers
4. our kraken turning 15 and the celebration at FDIC, and how we get to see everyone in 2026 with some fun coming with us to FDIC
