Regional Sales Manager (Southeast USA)

As a Regional Sales Manager, you'll represent Mercedes Textiles throughout the Southwest United States, building relationships with fire departments, distributors, and industry partners. You'll demonstrate our municipal and wildland product lines, provide technical expertise, and help departments select the right equipment for their operational needs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys traveling, teaching, and connecting with firefighters while helping grow one of the industry's leading fire equipment brands.

Territory: Southwest United States
Job Location: Remote within the assigned territory
Position: Full-time, Contract
Compensation: Base salary + sales commission
Travel: Frequent overnight travel required
Experience: Fire service experience or industry knowledge preferred

Municipal Demo Crew / Consultant (Southeast USA)

As a Demo Crew Consultant, you are the embodiment of our KnowYourHose philosophy. You'll work directly with fire departments across your region to demonstrate Mercedes Textiles fire hose, provide operational insight, and help firefighters evaluate equipment for their specific needs. You'll support Regional Sales Managers, distributors, and dealers by leading hands-on demonstrations, sharing real-world fireground experience, and serving as a trusted technical resource. This is not a sales role—it's an education and consultation role. We're looking for active or retired firefighters with strong engine company experience who believe in helping departments make informed decisions by providing honest, experience-based guidance and product expertise.
